Orbital Changes?

Huge earth changes are taking place at this time. L.A. had a record cool summer and a few days after summer is over, they shoot up to a record high 113 degrees. Parts of Brazil and Bolivia shattered record cold temps and were colder than Antarctica for much of July, killing millions of fish, and many alligators and fresh water dolphins! Weather is going crazy around the world and all the mainstream media talks about is "climate change" "global warming"...etc. But they won't touch upon the True Cause, because for them it is too alarming.

An increasing number of people around the world have witnessed amazing changes in the location of Sun rise and set in summer and winter. Apparently this is being caused by the earth moving below the old ecliptic plane in summer and above it in winter! The moon is also playing rodeo all over the sky....and the media says nothing. I have read of reports (as yet unsubstantiated) that a "gag order" is in place and professionals dealing with the subject have had to sign non-disclosure agreements regarding these facts. The Inuit peoples of the high arctic have published several stories regarding the changes in sun position at their locations and were told by a meteorologist that it is an "optical phenomenon unique to the extremely high horizon". Yet these changes are visible all over the world. Ordinary citizens from all over the world are reporting their observations regarding the sun and moon changing their positions in the sky. And we're not just talking inches here. The changes are amazing to say the least! The furthest north the sun traditionally appeared for thousands of years, was the tropic of cancer which passes through central mexico, yet now, at the beginning of summer, it can be witnessed to rise in the direction of maine and set in the direction of seattle.

And according to the universities, the highest latitude that the moon reaches, is 28.5 degrees, yet for the last couple years at least, it has transgressed that number by a significant margin! One can watch the moon rise low in the south east and set in the southwest, at least from my position at 41degrees north in the midwest U.S. and then, within two weeks time, it will rise high in the northeast and set in the northwest!

According to WIRED magazine and others, scientists are perplexed at the mysterious high tides, and reports of "giant rogue waves" coming out of the clear blue, and Tsunami are on the increase, as are earthquakes in populated areas around the world. Changes in the sun are being documented at a dizzying pace these days as well, and on the same day that a large asteroid hit jupiter this summer, something impacted Venus. These were observed on the same day!

One can easily observe the sun rising too far north in summer and too far south in winter and these changes are, themselves, in a state of change.

I have assembled a long list of reputable sources of information in support of my observations and those of others, that these events are indeed taking place.

Please Google - "
Late Harvest Moon BHM" and wade through 5 pages of prolific evidence of these events now taking place.

As a reader of 'Before it's news', I just thought that those among your readers who are interested, should have the opportunity to research these things for themselves.

UPDATE:

Tracking huge global changes, as I have been doing for quite awhile now, I've seen various 'cause and effect' relationships between certain phenomenon. One example is that as the moon nears it's new northern limit each month, a large earthquake occurs, usually in the southern hemisphere. I have informed readers at various locations on the net to be aware of this relationship, which seems to be occurring rather like clockwork as of late. As of this writing, I have documented 4 examples of this apparent relationship, including the Christ Church New Zealand quake, and the 7.7 quake which just occurred. The rise and descent angles of the moon at it's northern most point, which it is nearing as we speak, tell a strange story indeed. For if one projects an imaginary arc continuing down below the horizon upon moon rise and set, in accordance with it's visible ascent/descent vectors, one can clearly see that the moon is not orbiting the center mass of the planet at this time. This spiraling orbit seems to have been set in motion as earth's orbit rises above the old ecliptic plane in winter and dips slightly below it in summer. It is at these times, start of winter and summer, that the moon would have been influenced to begin orbiting in the manner currently being displayed, which also would account for the sun rising and setting so far north in summer and south in winter. Think of how miniscule the change in earth orbit would have to be for us to witness a major change in latitude for sun rise/set, commensurate with changes in rise/set angles, which are surely what seem to be occurring at this time!

I kept track of the sun last summer, from my position at 40 degrees north latitude in the midwest U.S. . For almost a month or so, a couple weeks before and after June 21st, I could watch the sun rise at an odd angle roughly in the direction of Maine, and descend at the same strange angle toward sunset, roughly in the direction of seattle. What really piqued my interest was that the sun's after glow was visible well after sundown and this eerie glow proceeded northward and was quite visible until about 1:30AM disappearing until about 3:30AM as the glow crossed beneath thenorth pole, then began to glow brighter and brighter until the sun popped up in the north east.

This seems to be a sure indicator that earth's orbit has changed and is moving slightly above the old ecliptic plane in winter, and slightly below it in summer! Such activity would alsoaccount for the moon's new orbital track, initiated at winter or summer solstice and exacerbated at those points in earth's orbit. These changes are constantly in flux due to an intimidating number of cosmic/physics variables!

As the moon reaches it's monthly northern limit over the next few days, pay particular attention to it's rise and set angles, it's apparent planar traversing arc, and you will see that it clearly cannot be orbiting the earth's center mass. As one waits a couple weeks or so and views it's orbit at it's southern extreme, one may realize that it does not take a physics expert to determine that the moon's orbit has changed considerably and is orbiting in a 'spiral' fashion, rising and setting WELLnorth of the moon's traditional declination of 28.5 degrees.

Late Harvest Moon BHM" as it contains many evidentiary links of these things.

COMMENTS:
I have been wondering the same thing now for a few months. The moon appears (to me) out of place in the night sky. It is too high in it's orbital position. I am beginning to wonder if the moon was hit by something a few years ago and the launch of the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) wasn't to look for water, but was to somehow correct any orbital changes the moon may have incurred from a meteor strike. Any orbital change in the Moon would cause changes in climate, tides and tectonic stability.

Scientists are definately being muzzled here in Canada and I would imagine worldwide ...

Federal scientists muzzled despite 'openness' policy

Date: Sunday Sep. 19, 2010 7:13 PM ET

OTTAWA — The Harper government appears to be trampling its own communications rules, posted publicly four years ago, by muzzling federal scientists.

Canada's scientific community is buzzing over newly tightened rules that further restrict government researchers from speaking with the media about their work.

Yet the No. 1 policy statement for government communications, according to Treasury Board, is to "Provide the public with timely, accurate, clear, objective and complete information about its policies, programs, services and initiatives."

The directive is part of the "Communications policy of the Government of Canada," posted on the Treasury Board website and dated Aug. 1, 2006, months after the Conservatives came to power.

The policy calls on public servants to speak "openly" with Canadians.

"Encourage public service managers and employees to communicate openly with the public about policies, programs, services and initiatives they are familiar with and for which they have responsibility," says the document.

"Openness in government promotes accessibility and accountability. It enables informed public participation in the formulation of policy, ensures fairness in decision making and enables the public to assess performance."

The policy suggests there's a gaping disconnect with government practice.

Recent access-to-information documents obtained by PostMedia News reveal that all media inquiries to scientists working for Natural Resources Canada must now pass through a Byzantine thicket of "subject matter experts" and the minister's director of communications — "no exceptions."

As one bureaucrat warned in an internal email: "What may appear to be a simple request for facts may actually relate to policy or high-profile issues."

The email simply puts in print what journalists covering the Harper government deal with on a daily basis.

And it's a continuing irritant that has alarmed many public service professionals and research scientists.

"It's a huge concern among professionals in the public service," said Gary Corbett, president of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada.

"This goes to other questions about the value the government places on the advice of the professional public service — scientists who work on everything from climate change to emerging diseases to emerging pests."

Jeff Hutchings, a biologist at Dalhousie University in Halifax, sees disturbing parallels between the current federal suppression of free scientific discussion and the way fish stock data was handled during his time as a researcher with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans in the early 1990s.

A 1993 survey of scientists in Newfoundland found that research in the cod moratorium was "gruesomely mangled and corrupted to meet political ends."

The ensuing public outcry, which tarred both Conservative and Liberal governments, eventually led to a more relaxed regime for federal scientists to speak out in public, highlighting the research they were doing with tax dollars.

That media access closed with a clang under the Harper government.

In one celebrated 2006 incident, an Environment Canada scientist was ordered not to attend the launch of his own novel, an apocalyptic piece of fiction revolving around global warming.

"How can society properly evaluate the flow of information, the type of information, without actually talking to the (science) practitioners themselves — or having the media do so," Hutchings said in an interview.

"Whenever you have a filter you are, by definition, losing information. I don't know how anyone can make the argument that objectively society is better served by having filters through a minister's office."

John Stone, a former career federal scientist and manager who now teaches at Carleton University in Ottawa, says there has always been the possibility of tension between raw research and government policy decisions.

Stone said government scientists usually know where to draw the line, and "most don't veer into policy questions because they understand they're really not competent to do that."

Stone, who retired in 2005 after spending the last 15 years of his public service career working on climate and atmospheric sciences, sees a disturbing trend.

"What bothers me with what I see now in the federal government is what I saw when George W. Bush was in the White House in the U.S., where scientists were silenced and silent," he said, noting his work put him in direct contact with his American counterparts on climate-change science.

"My view is that any working democracy needs to have an established and healthy scientific establishment that can freely speak and contribute to public debate."

In an ironic twist, perhaps the best defence of ministerial screening comes from a veteran federal scientist, who spoke anonymously because of the government gag order.

"Scientists have basically a free hand to publish their scientific results in the scientific literature," said the 30-year public service veteran.

"Where the sensitivity comes is when that publication of a new scientific result leads to media interest — and I think primarily the possibility that media interest might lead toward a policy question."

Natural Resources Canada responded to inquiries about the apparent disconnect with Treasury Board communications policy by pointing to other elements in the same document.

"The minister is the primary spokesperson for Natural Resources Canada and as such, needs to be made aware of issues in the media which involve the department, so he can effectively fulfil his role," Patti Robson said in an emailed response to The Canadian Press.

"As stated in the policy: 'Institutions must consult their minister's office when planning media campaigns or strategies that could involve ministerial participation, or when preparing a response to a media enquiry that could have implications for the minister.'"

In today's Ottawa, even a study on the break-up of a massive Ice Age dam 13,000 years ago apparently has "implications for the minister."

The Canadian co-author of the study didn't get his government media lines cleared for a full week last April, by which point the study had already been released and his international co-authors interviewed.

John Drummond, the Canada Research Chair in Remote Sounding of the Environment at Dalhousie University, said there's a very real issue of information timeliness — something the government communications policy recognizes when it stresses "the capacity to respond effectively ... in a 24-hour, global communications environment."

"If you push this to the limit, is the weather forecast a matter for government approval before it can be published?," said Drummond.

"Because if you don't publish the weather forecast on time, it ain't much use."

"There is a line and I think it's being pushed considerably to the side where information flow is being impeded," said the scientist. "That's not doing us any good."

Both articles are interesting B. he media in Canada sounds like the media in the US, maybe Harper is learning from zero?
I have to wonder if the moon is truly off it's normal path, weather here has been not quite normal either. As we know last winter was not normal for many places and here we had several weeks of very cold weather and that is not normal for South Florida. Maybe a few days in a row, just never weeks of it. Maybe this has been going on longer than we think with the climate changes they keep blaming us humans on with the CO2 garbage. Isn't this post similar to another one or is it just me....Thanks as always.
