Dear Friends,
The attached ORDER OF THE COURT demonstrates Obama's motion to dismiss has been denied for once! Obama has spent millions of Dollars to prevent that authentication from happening by anyone in any court for far too long! The court says he only has a few weeks to comply before being declared an imposter and high criminal. There are plenty of countries that don't believe in the rule of law which he will probably flee to. The Great State of Georgia is not able to give him ballot access unless he must complies with statutory and Constitutional laws to actually file that thing which only recently appeared online. Finally it will be filed, reviewed and authenticated in a court of law! right? We always hope the best of the Christ's Assembly and at the Watchman News Report.

ATLANTA — A Georgia judge has denied a motion by President Barack Obama that sought to dismiss a complaint that would keep his name off the state's ballot during the March presidential primary.
Obama's Atlanta lawyer Michael Jablonski said Wednesday he's optimistic that the judge will decide in the president's favor.
The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reports (http://bit.ly/wa7YJs ) that California lawyer Orly Taitz filed a complaint in November on behalf of a Georgia resident arguing that Obama isn't a natural born citizen and is not eligible to be president.
The newspaper reports that Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi in the Office of State Administrative Hearings on Tuesday denied the president's motion, setting the stage for a Jan. 26 hearing on the issue in Fulton County.

Persistence
"Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will
not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education
will not; the world is full of educated failures. Persistence and
determination alone are omnipotent." Calvin Coolidge
